3. Products and Orders
The product descriptions on our website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute binding offers. An order is considered binding once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in CHF and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept the following payment methods: (see footer or listed at checkout). Orders must be paid in full before shipment.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within Switzerland and internationally. Delivery times and shipping costs are specified at checkout. Any customs duties and import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

6. Returns and Refunds
You may return products within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unworn, unused, and in original packaging. To request a return, contact us at returns@weartraum.com with your order number. We do not accept returns on personalized or custom-made items. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Warranty and Liability
We guarantee that our products are free from material defects at the time of delivery. If you receive a defective product, notify us within 3 days for a replacement or refund. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or damages resulting from improper use of our products.
